GIVING BACK TO OUR COMMUNITY

Performics is dedicated to our communities.  We engage in charitable initiatives and support causes that are important to our team members. Our Community Service Action Committee plans and coordinates internal and external monthly charitable activities including a Back to School Backpack program, Holiday Giving Tree, food and clothing drives and fundraising walks/runs for various causes.

In 2009, we established a partnership with Hephzibah, a Chicago-area organization that enhances the lives of children and families through a continuum of innovative programs (www.hephzibahhome.org).

We also sponsor a One Community Grant Program, allocating funds to not-for-profits as requested by team members. Throughout the years, we have been proud to support and be involved in the following organizations and events:
