GIVING BACK TO OUR COMMUNITY

Performics is dedicated to giving back to our community, engaging in charitable initiatives and supporting causes that are important to our team members. We have a Community Service Action Committee that plans and coordinates internal and external monthly charitable activities, including a Back to School Backpack program, Holiday Giving Tree, food and clothing drives and fundraising walks/runs for various causes.

In 2009, we established a partnership with Hephzibah, a Chicago-area organization that enhances the lives of children and families through a continuum of innovative programs (www.hephzibahhome.org). We also sponsor a One Community Grant Program, allocating funds to charities as requested by Performics employees.
